I came across a blog that revealed that world’s most expensive mascara and lipstick was sold for $14 million. Dead serious. The H. Couture Beauty sells makeup that comes in bejeweled cases. Now why would someone want to have a lipstick and a mascara cases with such a whopping price? Well because they can. Oh by the way their mascara generally retails for $589 and the lip color retails for $150.

Well you still have such thing as mineral makeup.
